Valentine’s Day Menu
Choose one of each course:
Starters:
- Twice-baked goats cheese, cheddar, and chive souffle with a reduced balsamic drizzle 
- Seared tuna slices with orange, fennel, and black olive salad with wasabi mascarpone 
Main course:
- Chimichurri rubbed rib-eye steak (med rare) served with Dauphinoise potatoes, roasted vegetables, and bearnaise sauce 
- Seafood risotto with lemon and sweet pea foam topped with butter, olive oil, lemon, and garlic sauteed langoustine 
Dessert TRIO:
We made it easier, so you don’t have to choose! Enjoy a small portion of each of the following desserts.
- Sticky toffee pudding served with butterscotch sauce (a steamed sponge pudding with dates) 
- Rosemary infused dark chocolate tart with crisp pate sucre pastry, crisped orange zest curls, and a quenelle of mascarpone 
- Eaton-ton Mess - crisp, light meringue topped with an orange custard, fresh whipped cream, and fresh berry compote
