Welcome to Dot 2 Dot Inn! Looking for a unique stay in a historic Bed & Breakfast located in a charming small town? Look no further! Read more on the history of this house here.

We have three luxuriously appointed rooms available, The Blue Room, The Gold Room, and The Red Room.  All the rooms are oversized, with fireplaces, seating areas,  closet space, a work area/desk comfy chairs to relax in with lovely views over the front and back gardens.

You can also enjoy the seating area and balcony upstairs and take advantage of our well-stocked library.  If you want to sit outside there are many shady spots under mature trees and there is a sun-room located to the side of the house. 

Every stay comes with a hearty gourmet breakfast made from scratch. See below for typical menu options and photos. Prices are subject to change during peak season for the Masters tournament, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

The Blue Room

If you want to feel like the princess and the pea, then you will enjoy climbing into this four poster bed with its canopy and bed skirt.  There are lovely views over the back garden, plenty of closet space, a desk for you to work at, (or not) and a sitting area.

The Red Room

Located to the front of the house with views over the front garden, this room has a king-size bed, a large roll-top work desk, a chaise lounge to recline on and a seating area for you to enjoy that first cup of coffee.  The private bathroom is located across the hallway.

The Gold Room

$180

Located on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom, a four poster bed, work desk, seating area, and oversized comfy chair, this is a nice cool spot to rest and enjoy some downtime. Settle in, take a deep breath, relax, we will take good care of you.

The breakfasts at Dot 2 Dot Inn…

Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning for guests. The menu is seasonal and options will vary. Offerings may include: 

• Eggs Benedict served on an English muffin with sauteed spinach and freshly made hollandaise sauce

• Brioche French toast served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and maple syrup

• Pancakes (plain, chocolate chip, or blueberry) served with eggs of choice, applewood bacon or sausage, or served with fresh fruit and whipped cream

• Brioche French toast served with eggs of choice and applewood bacon or sausage links

• Greek yogurt, homemade granola, and fresh fruit

• Savory filled crepes served with eggs of choice and applewood bacon or sausage links

• Corn beef hash served with eggs of choice and toast (homemade potato rosti with shredded corn beef, sauteed with onions and sweet chili sauce)

• Oatmeal and fresh fruit and homemade pastries

• Fresh coffee served in a French press or a selection of hot teas

• Orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice
